Politcal Cartoon of the Week

Now, the Bush-as-a-puppet-for-Cheney concept is a tad bit cliche, and not everybody who disagrees with the war is calling for a timetable (they say leave right away), but this clever Mike Keefe wins largely because of the Cursing Cheney throwback. Keefe has come close to winning before, he has a very clever way of making things that we've seen a hundred times before newer and funnier. In this case, the classic devil and angel on the shoulder.

Keefe makes a good point here. Bush hasn't listened to the voters (hence a 34% approval rating as of March 24), the House or the Senate (which has more GOP members going against him every day).

In other news, there are two new installments to this site below. The first is April's Sardonic Soothsaying, predictions of what will be wrong with the world by May. The second is a collection of events that made this week the worst week yet. (You know it is.)
