Paul Fell's cartoons aren't really something anybody ever suspected would be up on this site, mainly because while he is talented, he's a tad bit repetitive. Every other cartoon is either about Legislative spending or the smoking ban.
This cartoon wins this week because of two main reasons: 1. Voter apathy is pathetic, and though it's been done before, it hasn't been done like this. Original and clever. 2. That is a very dead cat.
